Refunds are not granted for shipped treats if they arrive broken. We do our absolute best to package our treats and biscuits for shipping. However, because our treats are made with a bit of a chew and are not rock hard, breakage is possible and can happen. By ordering shipping, you agree to these policies.
Bakery goods are not available for return as they are food items. If an order does not meet your expectations, please reach out via email at admin@bepawtastic.in and we'll do our best to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items.
