This Privacy Policy explains how BePawtastic ("we", "us") handles your
personal information when you use our website www.bepawtastic.in
or our BePawtastic mobile app. By using either, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number and password when you register.
- Delivery addresses — recipient name, phone, full address, city and PIN code, saved so checkout is faster next time.
- Order details — the products you buy, quantities, sizes and any coupon you apply.
- Messages — anything you send through our contact form or on WhatsApp.
- Newsletter email — only if you choose to subscribe.
Information collected automatically
- Session cookie — used purely to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Basic technical data — such as device type and error logs, used to keep the service working.
What we do not collect
- We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure systems.
- We do not collect your precise location.
- We do not access your contacts, microphone or camera roll. (The app can open your photo library only if you tap to upload an image, and only that image is used.)
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, ever.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process, bake, pack and deliver your orders, and to send order updates.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To apply coupons and check first-order eligibility.
- To send our newsletter — only if you subscribed, and you can opt out at any time.
- To detect misuse and keep the website and app secure.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Razorpay — to take payment and process refunds. See the Razorpay Privacy Policy.
- Delivery partners — your name, address and phone, so your order can reach you.
- Our hosting and email providers — who store the data on our behalf.
- Authorities — only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as
needed for tax, accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you
unsubscribe.
Your rights & account deletion
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your account and personal data;
- stop sending you marketing emails.
Email bepawtastic@gmail.com with the subject
"Delete my account" from your registered email address and we will action it
within 30 days. Some order records may be retained where the law requires.
Children
Our website and app are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
their personal data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will
delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and publish the new
version on this page.
